Basic Perfect Clear Patterns.
THE SET UPS
Okay, I don't know what these set-ups are called so I will just asign an alias for you.
*first two numbers stands to the size of the matrix' remaining space. ( hxw)
*L stands for Left which means placed on the left, R is the counterpart.
*T means a T piece.
ex. 44LT ( 4x4 remaining space with a T piece on the left )

for 44TR's you can use the same logic as for 44TL's but replace T to J, J to T, Z to S and S to Z.

no fumen for 42 I'm tired. :p I did everything in less than 12 hours.
This patterns are just basics and still not complete. if you want to master the art, you need ALOT of trial and errors. perfect clear doesn't really have a pattern for set up or stack. you can perform a perfect clear on a different set up but this is pretty much the standard and again THE BASIC.
* Even I can't clear the matrix sometimes even if the given pieces can clear.
